Charlie and Amy have been together for over twenty years, half of which has been spent cheffing together creating a formidable culinary partnership.
Prior to the pair running The Dolphin Bar and Restaurant in Dartmouth, they worked together in various prestigious restaurants such as The Devonshire Arms Country House Hotel in North Yorkshire, The Talland Bay Hotel in Looe, Gascoignes of London, The Summit in Sydney, Australia and the internationally famous Rick Steins Seafood Restaurant in Padstow, Cornwall. Also Charlie & Amy both worked for Herman Miranda Hruby who owned The Old Rydon Inn between 1978 & 2000.
They bring unbounded passion & enthusiasm to the kitchen, and with their knowledge and experience they have taken The Old Rydon back to its former glory.
