This golden lager is light, crisp and refreshing, with subtle malty flavours and a super hoppy aroma of tropical fruits and passion fruit. Brewed with Pilsner malt, this authentic lager is dry hopped with Australian Galaxy hops to add big, fruity hop flavours. Dry hopping allows us to pack more of a flavour punch and adds brilliant hop aromas. It’s then ‘lagered’ (cold conditioned) to produce a full, well rounded flavour. Southwold Bitter is a beautiful copper-coloured beer, late and dry-hopped with Fuggles for a distinctive, lingering hoppiness. Brewed with the finest East Anglian Pale Ale malt barley, sourced locally to the brewery. We use Fuggles hops which we add late in the boil to preserve the herbal flavours of this traditional English hop. We add more Fuggles to each cask so that the flavour of the hops infuses into the beer. It’s a perfect 3.7% abv in cask and 4.1% abv in bottle and can.

Carlsberg is a Pilsner style lager originating from Copenhagen, Denmark. Carlsberg is light, easy drinking and refreshing. The all malt recipe and Carlsberg yeast strain gives the balance between body and depth of flavour and a clean refreshing palate.

Tasting Notes: Carlsberg is a pale blonde Danish pilsner style lager, with a flowery subtle aroma, and hoppy fruity flavours with a soft lingering finish.

Brewed from the finest spring planted barley malts, Peroni has a unique balanced taste with a delicate aroma arising from the hops of the most exclusive varieties.

Tasting Notes: Bright and light golden coloured with a pure white frothy head.

Light but full of flavour and with a delicious citrus aftertaste. Great with Norfolk Ham and Turkey or on its own.

Tasting Notes: Fresh and zesty with crisp floral flavours. A background of sweet malt and a hoppy ‘grapefruit’ bitter finish characterises this champion bitter.

Draught has a mid straw colour with a floral and appley aroma, especially of Russetts.

Tasting Notes: It is a medium dry cyder with a mouth-filling mousse and a delicate flavour of fresh pressed apples which has a complexity that enhances its long finish.
