Gem (4.1% vol / 4.8% vol in bottles) is a quintessentially English beer, brewed with skill and passion using floor-malted Maris Otter barley and Goldings hops from Kent. Gem contains wheat and barley malt.

Tasting Notes: With its rich aroma of hops and malt, and a long, deep, bittersweet finish, Gem is an exceptional best bitter.

HSD is full bodied, strong and unmistakably Cornish. Brimming with a kaleidoscope of flavours, it is brewed with plenty of melt and lashings of English Progress and Golding hops. It is full with hints of esters and fruity biscuit malt flavours.

A powerfully authenic IPA, Proper Job is brewed with a blend of imported American hops. It is a real treat of a beer with a growing reputation and loved by beer enthusiasts far and wide.

Tasting Notes: Perhaps the forerunner of all modern IPAs in the UK, Proper Job regularly wins awards, both from within the brewing industry and also at CAMRA Beer Festivals. The awards include the prestigious Champion Bottle Beer at CBoB and Champion Premium Best Bitter at the SIBA National Beer Festival. Tribute is also the Official Beer of South West Rugby and supports many rugby teams in the region with shirt sponsorships, plus it is the main sponsor of the Cornwall RFU whose teams are the current County Champions and holders of the Bill Beaumont Cup.
