Welcome to the Butchers Arms.
The aim of the proprietors Phill & Victoria Upton at the Butchers Arms is to make our drinkers and diners feel welcome and comfortable.
The Butchers Arms Abbotskerswell South Devon is a beautiful stone building, formerly a Smithy dating back to the 15th Century, close to the market towns of Newton Abbot, Totnes and Dartmoor National Park.
Children are welcome and also dogs which must be on a lead.
The restaurant and bar has a traditional English feel with cosy rustic beamed ceilings and with the warmth from the fireplaces being just the thing in the winter months.
There is also a large paddock which is South facing and perfect for large BBQs, weddings and outdoor events.
A full range of Real Ales from Devon and Cornwall are always available.
The Butchers Arms is committed to sourcing as much local and seasonal produce as possible for our menus. But foremost it's the quality that counts.
