The Butchers Arms in Abbotskerswell is the essence of South Devon; a beautiful stone built former Smithy (circa 1500) The cottage comprises of a self contained 2 bed roomed unit, with en-suite facilities, a separate lounge and small kitchenette and is located close to the English Riviera Torquay (2 miles) and market town of Newton Abbot (2 miles) with many other places of interest to see and visit, including the historic town of Totnes and Dartmouth. The area is also blessed with at least 6 first class golf clubs within a short drive, the closest being Dainton Park just a few minutes away. The cottage also comprises an adjacent annexe - please see separate listing. Rates including full English breakfast. November to March: Single Occupancy - £70.00 Two Persons - £40.00 per person Four Persons - £30.00 per person April to October: Single Occupancy - £85.00 Two Persons - £45.00 per person Four Persons - £35.00 per person
