It is one of the oldest buildings in Tidmarsh, a fine example of 12th century construction, which became a wayside public house in 1625, and was owned by the monks of Reading Abbey. The Greyhound has recently been refurbished creating a relaxing, cosy and contemporary ambience, appropriate to this beautiful thatched inn's charm, which is enhanced by open fires, and wooden beamed ceilings. Why not come down and pay us a visit!
