The Six Bells has been a Greene King pub since 1905. We are a traditional family pub and have been serving quality food for over 30 years. We are primarily a 'food' pub, but we are firstly a Greene King country pub where we have a designated family dining area and a large outside beer garden and play area equipped with swings, slide, climbing frames and a see-saw. This camralogowas recognised last year when we received an award from Chelmsford and Mid-Essex CAMRA for 'Best Local Family Pub'.

A dark copper-coloured beer has generous quantities of grapefruit and lemon citrus notes, balanced by a herbal hop background and full-bodied, bittersweet malt flavours. Tasting Notes:

An easy drinking, refreshing IPA with a hoppy taste, and aroma to give a clean dry finish Tasting Notes: Tawny Amber in colour with a hoppy taste and aroma.
