This is an organic pale ale of 4.5% with Fuggles used as the main bittering hop – then late hopped for a luscious floral aroma.

An English Dark beer, perfect for colder winter months, We’ve used a Belgian yeast , fermented warmer than usual and using plenty of specialty malts gives this beer a flavour profile of dark fruits with a caramel sweetness that compliments the use of simple hops to let the flavour of the yeast shine

Tasting Notes: A ruby brown ale with malty sweetness cocoa and caramel aroma, Medium hop bitterness and yeast generated fruity esters.

SMaSH stands for Single Malt and Single Hop, this style of beer can not only yield an excellent beer but also is a great way to explore the characteristics of a particular malt and a specific hop. While these beers appear simple, they can be very complex.

Tasting Notes: Malty background with biscuit notes strong fruity aromas and flavours of tropical fruit and crushed grapes that mingle with citrus and grapefruit.
