Named after Wimbledon’s historic Common, this pale ale is burnished gold in colour with a bright sparkle. The aroma has spicy orange notes with a light malt fruitiness.
Tasting Notes: The middle palate is clean with the Maris Otter malt character coming through with orange fruits making a re-appearance, merging with the final refreshing bite of bitterness.
William Quartermaine was one of the original owners of the Wimbledon Brewery . Quartermaine is a great example of an English style IPA, using the very best raw materials which are given free rein to express themselves.
Tasting Notes: The fruity, spicy, floral hop aromas lead to a full, rich, almost light fruit cake middle palate, ending with a clean dry bitter finish.
SW19 Summer Ale, brewed with English, Australian and New Zealand hops for an all-round summer experience.
Tasting Notes: The perfect summer beer, light straw in colour, subtle citrus notes, hints of malt and a satisfying crisp finish.
As a nod to the original Wimbledon tower brewery, this SPA is golden amber in colour.
Tasting Notes: Fruit, floral spice and orange on the aroma lead on to a full, rounded middle palate. It is completed with a satisfying bittersweet finish.
This American style copper-coloured ale has a burst of citrus, floral and tropical fruit flavours, balanced by its complex malt characteristics of rye, caramel and spice, resulting in a refreshingly dry finish.
Tasting Notes:
This deep ruby beer has a smooth, rich character, with hints of beech smoke, spice and chocolate complementing the balanced malt and hop notes, resulting in a deep, pleasing flavour.
This amber coloured seasonal ale has hints of warming spice and fruit, overlaying the caramel malt character, complemented by a smooth, dry and satisfying finish.
Tasting Notes: Expect aromas of warming spice, red berry fruits and subtle caramel notes. On the palate this beer is smooth with hints of candied orange and a balanced bittersweet finish coming from the British hops and malts.
