This is a re-creation of an "Irish" Export Stout recipe Ray discovered. It has hints of burnt toast, balanced bygood levels of hops with a long finish.
Tasting Notes:
A golden coloured ginger beer.
A golden colour, lightly hopped like a good Pilsner & very aromatic. Inspiring, like the songs sung at the Arms Park in Cardiff.
Amber coloured with a huge aroma. You are thinking of another before you finish the glass.
Light copper coloured, nicely hopped with a bite in the finish and a nice long aftertaste.
A golden fruity beer, nicely balanced bitterness with a chewy aroma.
Tasting Notes: Fruity, bitter
A chocolate stout, dark with hints of burnt toast and a smooth finish.
Tasting Notes: Chocolate, smooth
Golden Beer with a flavour like a good Chablis. It was a finalist in the Champion Beer of Britain competition.
Deep red coloured, a malty but nutty flavour, brewed using Sussex Goldings hops.
Tastes like a good 4% session beer & Roger Protz says "it''''s a most remarkable beer" and is include in his book 300 beers to try before you die.
A Dark Beer using only Sussex Hops. It has an aroma like spiced rum.
A light coloured fruity bitter with a pleasant biscuit dryness to finish.
