This is a re-creation of an "Irish" Export Stout recipe Ray discovered. It has hints of burnt toast, balanced bygood levels of hops with a long finish.

Golden Taff 4.6

A golden colour, lightly hopped like a good Pilsner & very aromatic. Inspiring, like the songs sung at the Arms Park in Cardiff.

Horsham Bitter 3.8

Amber coloured with a huge aroma. You are thinking of another before you finish the glass.

Johnny English 4.8

Light copper coloured, nicely hopped with a bite in the finish and a nice long aftertaste.

A golden fruity beer, nicely balanced bitterness with a chewy aroma.

Molly Malone 4.1

A chocolate stout, dark with hints of burnt toast and a smooth finish.

Old Cocky 4.3

Golden Beer with a flavour like a good Chablis. It was a finalist in the Champion Beer of Britain competition.

Old Harry 5.2

Deep red coloured, a malty but nutty flavour, brewed using Sussex Goldings hops.

Tastes like a good 4% session beer & Roger Protz says "it''''s a most remarkable beer" and is include in his book 300 beers to try before you die.

Sussex Pride 4.0

A Dark Beer using only Sussex Hops. It has an aroma like spiced rum.

Tasting Notes: 

Swing Low 3.7

A light coloured fruity bitter with a pleasant biscuit dryness to finish.

Tasting Notes: Fruity, bitter, dry

Triple Crown 4.2

Amber coloured bitter featuring mixed hops in the aroma. Taste has more malt with vanilla notes.

Tasting Notes: Vanilla, malty
